This presentation is dedicated to the subject of intellectual property, specifically photography copyrights. Applicable skills are vital to have success in any industry. However, along with the specific skills needed to be in media, a basic understanding of business is equally needed. Mr. Brickhill will discuss the copyright protection of photographers' images, the rights of models to the commercial publicity of their likeness, and the negotiation of written licenses and release. This information should be considered vital for anyone with business endeavors that require you to step in front of the camera and utilize your branding.
