    What excites you the most?

The fact that I have control over my success. I don't have anyone writing me a check every 2 weeks (this would be comfortable); I'm never considered stable with my job (although this is a long-term goal). The fact that I might make 0$ in one month, or $10,000 in one month, excites me. I know that what I have, the people who are attracted to my business, those whom I continue working with, the success others experience… I have created that. I've help mold this type of life, business, circle, friendships.

    What excites you NOW?

Knowing that I can get on a plane with my girlfriend right NOW and move to wherever we'd like, while still being able to do my job, coach athletes and clients, and make money doing what I love, excites me RIGHT NOW.

When it comes to social media…

What's the message I want to convey to the world?

I want to convey that I (my business) do things the RIGHT way. We are honest with what we do. We have strong character and values. We honor hard work, effort, mental strength, honesty, integrity… values that seem to be lost with many people. I want to be a source of possibility for others. My goal of making 6 figures annually through a business that I started from my college dorm room my senior year will be nothing but a source of motivation and possibility for others who can look at me, and then look at themselves and say, “Damn. If he can do that, why can't I?”

What will differentiate me from others?

I won't just be another instagram, twitter, Facebook, etc that posts “selfie” pictures and gloat about how awesome I look. I provide value, knowledge, motivation, experience, and try to educate everyone within my posts. I'll post a full workout that my clients pay me for, however, if you follow me, you'll get those for free frequently. I touch on nutrition, training, and lifestyle factors, all things which I have learned obtaining my Bachelor's and going through vigorous certifications which I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on… those who follow me get this for free. I provide true value and want to literally help every single person who reads my posts… whether it be educating them, sharing my experience and mistakes so they don't have to make them themselves, providing motivation to spark some new work ethic and fire within them, or whatever it may be.

What's the feeling I want people to have when they land on my page?

“Whoa. I'm following this kid.”  <——- Plain and simple.

What's the feeling I want people to have when they meet me in person?

“I need to meet up with this kid  again, very soon.” I want them to immediately miss me as soon as we depart. I've always adopted the motto that, if you're living here on this earth, and you're not helping someone else's life become better, then you are wasting your time. I believe that giving is the true meaning in living. All I want to do is give, without any expectation of receiving something in return. In the Bible it says, “You shall reap what you sow.” I'm strong in my Faith and I want others to look at me and say, “I hope I can be like him one day.” In the most honest, sincere way possible.

What can people count on from me?

They can expect undivided attention; my pursuit to help them achieve any goals they have; to educate them; to make them better in every sense of the word; true care and honest commitment to them; if someone needs me, I am there for them, because that is what I would want in return as well. You have to be the example of what you would like to see in others. Want an honest friend? Be honest. What to team up with hard working, success driven individuals? Be a hard working, success driven individual yourself. You have to reflect that which you want.

What are three things I'm passionate about?

Helping people, educating people, and bringing out the best in people.

What are my three greatest personality traits?

Intense focus, a pursuit for greatness, and a selfless, genuine helping hand.

What are three words that describe who I am?

    Hard working. Driven. Visionary.

What problems can I help solve?

Anyone who comes to me with these problems, I can help solve:

    – weight loss/fat loss

    – muscle hypertrophy

    – strength and conditioning

    – quickness and agility

    – healthier lifestyle

    – competition prep

    – form and execution of exercise

    – developing better relationships with food

    –  motivation and inspiration

In two sentences, here's a description of who I am and what I'm about…

I am driven and determined to help others discover just how great they really are. I'm here to help, give, and educate, expecting nothing in return.

    What is your WHY?

    1. What excites you most?

What excites me most is the thought of being self-sufficient. I love the thought of working from home and being my own boss. If my husband goes away for a month on a work trip, I could pack my bags and go somewhere warm for a couple of weeks and work from there. I was studying to write the LSAT’s this year because I wanted a job where I would have money to be able to do the things I enjoy. What I failed to realize was that as a lawyer, I might have plenty of money, but I would NOT have much time. My father is a partner at a big law firm in town, and he was telling me the house they expect their junior lawyers to work. It was nuts. I realized it wasn’t really what “I” wanted to do, but maybe what I thought others wanted me to do.  Around this time, the ads kept popping up for the FMI conference and I decided “ok, I’m going to go!” I absolutely HATE flying, but I flew for 8 hours to the other side of the continent, by myself, not knowing anyone. After the first day I finally felt like  this was something I wanted to do. And I was doing it for me. I also decided to take my Poliquin PICP Level I & II this December in Montreal.

    2. What excites you NOW?
What excites me NOW is this feeling of finally doing what I want, for ME, taking chances and making changes to live the life I want to live! Also, connecting with others who are living the dream!

    Branding yourself:
    1.    What is the message I want to convey to the world?
That you can be fit, active, healthy and happy! You don’t have to sacrifice social engagements or spend hours upon hours in the gym to lose weight and feel good. I want to inspire people to make positive lifestyle changes.
    2.    What will differentiate me from others?
I am not going to coach women for “contest prep”, and I want to stay away from that.

    3.    What’s the feeling I want people to have when they land on my page?
Wow I want to look like her! I’m going to buy her program, e-book, etc. I want people to feel motivated and inspired.

    4.    What’s the feeling I want people to have when they meet me in person?
I want people to think that I am authentic and passionate about what I do. I want to be approachable, and I want to be congruent with the image I portray on social media.
    5.    What can people count on from me?
I am a perfectionist, so people can count on me putting forth my best effort to help them. I won’t take a week to respond to e-mails (like I’ve experienced with some trainers). I will not do anything detrimental to their health. I will help them achieve sustainable weight loss and fitness goals, not just a quick fix.
    6.    What are three things I’m most passionate about? (business, personal, general interest)
    1.    Right now I am passionate about starting my business and discovering and developing my personal brand
    2.    Having a life where I can work from home and travel (and get the heck away from the snow)
    3.    My dogs

    7.    What are my three greatest personality traits?
    Thoughtful, reliable, organized

    8.    What are three words who describe who I am?
    Adventurous, creative, perfectionist

    9.    What problems can I help solve?
I can solve the mystery of how they get the caramel inside the Caramilk bar (just checking to see who reads this)
I want to help women feel balanced with regards to fitness, health, and their social life.  I want to bust the myth that you have to be miserable when you are “dieting” to lose weight. I want to break women from their cardio bunny habits, and teach them that lifting weights will NOT make them look like a man.

    10.     In two sentences, here’s a description of who I am and what I’m about.
I love fitness and eating nutritious food, but I also love cupcakes. I want to help women find a balance between enjoying life and reaching their fitness goals through meal planning and weight training.
